Problem of the Week - University of Waterloo Centre for Education in Mathematics and Computing

The Problem of the Week provides students with an ongoing opportunity to solve mathematical problems. Each week, problems from various areas of mathematics will be posted here and emailed to teachers for use with students Grades 3 and up.

Teachers can also share learning games with their students from Learn360's Learning Games collection.

  • Click the Learning Games - Learn 360 link below and log in with your WCDSB email and password.
  • Click on the game you want to share.
  • Click theSharebutton under the title of the game.
  • Click Embed/Link and copy the record URL, and paste the URL to wherever you are sharing it with your students (Google Classroom, email, etc.).

  • Sign in to My Apps with your WCDSB email and password
  • Click on Brightspace by D2L

  • Click on the Math menu for math learning websites, and Math Tools for virtual math manipulatives.
